15 Days or more before check-in: 75% refund of the advance amount.

10 Days before check-in: 50% refund of the advance amount

Less than 7 days before check-in or no-show: No Refund

In case of Natural Calamities or Government Restrictions: Full refund or free rescheduling (subject to availability) if the cruise is cancelled due to floods, strikes, or government imposed restrictions.

Modification of Booking: Changes to booking dates or houseboat type are subject to availability and must be requested at least 7 days in advace.

Refund Process: Refund will be processed within 14 working days to the orginal payment method.
